Lilac Impact Rating (LIR) is the official impact measurement system of Lilac Education Press (LEP), designed to ensure every published research paper drives real-world change. Unlike traditional citation-based metrics, LIR evaluates a paper’s influence across nine critical domains — including industrial innovation, academic advancement, policy relevance, and environmental sustainability. Each paper must score at least 3 out of 9 to qualify for publication. This system reflects LEP’s commitment to transformative research that supports Lilac Group’s sector growth, social development, and global intellectual leadership. Research must not just be written — it must create a meaningful impact.

Lilac Impact Rating (LIR) is the official research impact evaluation system of Lilac Education Press (LEP) — developed by Lilac Group, Lilac Education, and Lilac International University (LIU) to ensure that every research paper published is impactful, practical, and aligned with real-world needs.
This system was created under the global academic framework of Lilac Research & Publication (LRP) to replace traditional citation-based metrics (like DOI or Scopus) with a value-based research measurement model that prioritizes transformation, innovation, and execution.
